How an Engagement Works
We start with a short discovery call to understand the goal, then propose a defined scope with deliverables. The timeline is agreed in that scope, and we stay involved through the financing application if you want us to.
Working with Lending and Legal
Consulting sits next to our lending services, and legal services are available through Marwah Law, a separate law firm. If you use them as well, the plan we write is the plan your lending file is built on, and the corporate documents lenders ask for are ready when they ask. Each service is optional, and client information is shared with the law firm only with your consent.

Do you work with start-ups?
Yes. Early-stage plans and projections are a large part of our work, especially for government-backed financing.
Is consulting included with a financing application?
Basic packaging is part of arranging financing. Full business plans, projections and strategy work are separate engagements with a written scope.
Can you help me evaluate a business I want to buy?
Yes. We review the financials, normalize earnings, and advise on price, structure and financing. Legal work is done by your lawyer, or by Marwah Law if you choose it.
