When you finance your residential purchase or refinance through Marwah Amer, the legal fees for the closing are covered. Third-party disbursements such as title insurance, registration fees and land transfer tax are paid by the client. Full terms are provided in writing.
Can I use my own lawyer instead?
Of course. The promotion applies only when the closing is handled in association with Marwah Law.
Do you serve clients outside Ottawa?
Yes. Closings across Ontario are handled virtually with identity verification and electronic signing where permitted.
