Content on this website and in the client area is provided for general information and does not constitute financial, legal or tax advice. Mortgage and lending products described here are subject to lender approval, qualification and applicable law. Legal information is provided in association with Marwah Law and does not create a lawyer-client relationship until a retainer is signed.

An account gives you access to the client area, where you can share documents, exchange messages and follow your file. You must be able to enter into a binding agreement, open an account only for yourself or for a business you are authorized to represent, and keep the information in your account accurate and up to date.

You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for everything done with your account. Use a password you do not use elsewhere; we may require a stronger one and may ask you to confirm sign-ins with two-step verification. Do not share your account or let anyone else sign in as you. Tell us right away if you think someone else has used it.

Use the client area only for your own file with us. Do not upload anything unlawful, harmful or that you have no right to share, and do not try to reach information that is not yours or to disrupt the service.

• Accepted files: PDF, JPEG, PNG and HEIC/HEIF images; each file must really be of the type its name says.
• Limits: 20 MB per file, up to 50 files and 500 MB per client, and up to 30 uploads per hour.

You can close your account at any time from your account settings. A closed account can no longer sign in or see its documents and messages. We keep the file, its documents and its messages for the record-keeping period our obligations require, then delete the account and the stored files.

We may sign out your devices, reset your two-step verification, or suspend or close your account if we believe it has been misused, its security is at risk, or these terms have not been followed. Where we can, we tell you first.

You agree that we may communicate with you electronically, including by email and in the client area, and that documents and notices we provide this way satisfy any requirement that they be in writing. Security and account emails are part of the service. Offers and updates are sent only with your consent and can be stopped at any time.

We aim to keep the website and the client area available but do not promise uninterrupted access. We may change, suspend or end features, and we may update these terms by posting a revised version with a new date; continued use means you accept the update.

Rates shown in the ticker and elsewhere are for information only, may change without notice and may not be available to every borrower. Calculator results are estimates based on the inputs you provide and simplified assumptions. Actual payments and costs are determined by the lender's commitment.

Promotional offers, including legal fees covered or discounted on a closing handled by Marwah Law, are subject to written terms provided at engagement and may be changed or withdrawn. They do not include land transfer tax, title insurance, registration fees or other third-party disbursements, which the client pays. Details are confirmed in writing before you rely on them.

The text, design and graphics on this website are owned by Marwah Amer Capital Partners or its licensors and may not be reproduced without permission, except for personal, non-commercial reference.
